She is the founder of the Wellness Check Only platform, a certified Happiness Life Coach, and the co-founder of It’s A Mom’s Thang. With a deep love for the Kingdom of God and His people, Cynthia is committed to promoting holistic well-being—spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Although she does not hold a formal degree or PhD, Cynthia brings something just as powerful: authentic life experience, unwavering compassion, and a God-given ability to listen, uplift, and inspire transformation. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking with them in truth, grace, and transparency. Her heart is rooted in service, and she creates a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can be heard, seen, and supported.

As a purpose-driven coach, mentor, and wellness advocate, Cynthia works with teens, adults, singles, and married individuals, helping them navigate life’s challenges with clarity, encouragement, and hope. She is especially passionate about guiding others toward wholeness and joy by helping them embrace their true identity and purpose.

Through her Wellness Check Only platform and weekly text-based check-ins, Cynthia promotes intentional reflection and self-care. She advocates for holistic wellness because she believes that mental, physical, and spiritual health are deeply interconnected and vital to a thriving life.
